LEADERSHIP TEAM
Georgina Woodley, Joy-O-Meter Founder
I have spent my career working in and consulting to high-stress organisations.
Over time, I became increasingly curious about something I couldn't see.
Despite better strategy, better technology and better data, why were so many organisations still struggling to unlock their full potential?
I came to believe we were measuring many of the outcomes of organisational performance, while remaining blind to some of the human forces creating them.
Stress has become so normalised in business that many people no longer question it.
I reject the idea that this is simply the price of performance.
I care deeply about the emotional impact organisations have on both their people and their customers. My question has always been:
Where is our emotional duty of care?
I also reject the idea that people have to leave their passion, purpose and humanity at home in order to succeed at work.
This belief led me to develop Human Energy Intelligence—a business framework for understanding the invisible human drivers of organisational performance—and Joy-O-Meter, its first practical application.
Joy-O-Meter was born from a simple but powerful belief:
Joy is not a soft concept. It is a strategic signal of human capacity.
When organisations learn to recognise and understand that signal, they gain a deeper understanding of the conditions that enable people to think clearly, collaborate effectively, innovate and perform at their best.
I believe the organisations that understand this will be at the forefront of business success.
It is my passion and purpose to help make the invisible human drivers of performance visible.
